Dave Fallon

Dave Fallon - CEO
Dave worked for three major British computer companies from 1973 to 1992, including nine years with ICL in computer operations and support and in the design and development of technical courseware, as well as the delivery of these products to clients worldwide. He was director of sales for the VNG Group, one of the UK's largest consultant companies, where he managed new business activities, and became a member of its main Board. In his nine years there, he was responsible for over $12 million in annual revenues. He developed VNG's overseas strategy and consequently formed Interskill Services, Inc.,in 1992, a wholly owned subsidiary. From 1992 until 1996, Dave was President and CEO and was responsible for directing the company's strategy, managing the marketing and sales in North America, hiring key personnel, and setting up the support infrastructure.

In 1996 he left Interskill and co-founded Integrity Training, Inc with Carol Fallon. and took on the role of CEO. The company created the world's first interactive Computer Based Training for IBM's MQSeries and Microsoft's MSMQ Middleware System. Dave obtained exclusive distributorships for both products and made major corporate sales, eventually selling the world wide rights of these systems to a major Computer Services Company. He then created the blueprint for WBT ManagerT, a new and open systems Learning Management System that was launched in the fall of 1999. Dave is presently driving the worldwide sales for this product both through direct sales and value added distributors.
