Integrity eLearning's Mailing List Privacy Statement

Privacy Statement

Information Collection and Use
Integrity eLearning is the sole owner of the information distributed and collected within this Mailing List. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Usage
To use this Mailing List, a user must first subscribe to it by clicking on the "Open New Account" button on the mailing list logon page. While subscribing, the user will be asked to enter and submit their email address, their name, a password, and a set of categories on which they wish to receive bulletins. This information will then be added to the Mailing List database. The user will then begin receiving bulletins as new ones are issued.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Cookies are used by the Mailing List to allow subscribers to skip the login page when modifying their account properties. No personally identifiable data is contained in this cookie. This "auto-logon" behavior which requires a cookie is optional.

Links
The emailed bulletins may occasionally contain links to other sites. Please be aware that Integrity eLearning is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. All of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, Mailing List administrator) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Mailing List Category Updates
Periodically, we may send subscribers announcements of changes to the available mailing list categories. Subscribers are not able to unsubscribe from these announcements without deleting their entire account.

Correcting/Updating Subscriber Information
Subscribers may modify or delete their account at any time through the on-line interface at www.ielearning.com/mailing_list. The logon page includes provision for emailing new passwords should a subscriber forget theirs. If a subscriber's email changes and they are unable to receive the new password associated with their account they can contact our support staff for assistance.

Unsubscribing
Our subscribers are given the opportunity to delete their Mailing List account, which will result in having their names and email addresses removed from the subscriber list and cause them to no longer receive bulletins. Subscribers can access their accounts for this purpose at www.ielearning.com/mailing_list.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have the option to unsubscribe if they have any objections to the new policy.
