TCT was established in 1985 and offers training in computer networking (IT). They are currently offering their courses to IT staff of the Fortune 500, but want to branch out by making their courses available to anyone. They have approximately 200 employees.

TCT decided to implement an elearning solution because they felt it was a natural progression for a self-paced software vendor.

TCT implemented WBT Manager™ in October of 1999 via the Internet. They currently have approximately 9000 registered students.

They currently offer 60 courses providing training toward IT certification. The average course length is 8 to 10 hours. The courses were developed in Authorware and contain various combinations of text, graphics, sound, and quizzes. All of their courses have been developed in-house

TCT's future plans include integrating e-commerce and adding more courses, students, and servers.
