Updated Course Import Utility

Several minor bugs have been reported in the Course Import/Export
utility since the release of version 1.50. New versions of the 
utility have been created to address these bugs.

Version 1.501: Fixes fatal error when importing .csv files that contain
a blank line and corrects misleading error messages associated with 
the above.

Version 1.502: Allows import of .csv files where blanks are present 
after the delimiting commas (not actually a bug but a work-around 
for problems encountered with course-ware vendor's products).

Version 1.503: Fixes problem with command line and file name prefix
matching. The utility attempts to find a string of common characters
in the URLs to each lesson and allows the user to modify that "prefix"
globally to re-point the entire course to a new web location. The 
function which determines the common characters was sometimes including
characters which were not common to all lessons.

Download the latest version of impexp.exe at 
www.ielearning.com/wbt/support/files/impexe.exe.

Use the new version to replace the existing file in the directory where
the WBT Manager System Administrator Module was installed.
